In the coming weeks Skiddle will be hitting the road and heading down to the Brighton Music Conference on April 14th to get involved with arguably the country’s most important dance music conference. We’ve enjoyed working closely with BMC for a couple of years now, becoming their main ticket outlet and helping to increase attendances whilst promoting the valuable work they put into pushing forward dance music and clubbing culture.

If you’re heading down to to take advantage of the invaluable talks, demonstrations or the banquet of networking opportunities, be sure to seek us out. Our Head of Accounts, Chris White will be manning the entrance, using our Rapidscan App to allow access to ticket holders, and also running our unique Box Office App, which takes card payments on the door for those that haven’t bought tickets in advance. It’s the perfect chance for promoters to see our mobile systems in action, and get any questions answered by Chris. If you’d like to arrange a meet up, email him here.

Also attending will be our Head of Content and Communication Jimmy Coultas and our Clubbing Editor Becca Frankland, who are ideal to speak to about ways to promote your event through news stories, social media, and much more, and Business Development Manager for London and The South Dante Williams. If you’re heading down, click on any of their names to arrange a meet up.

Before all that though, our road trip will take us to AIF’s Festival Futures on April 5th, another fantastic conference that this time focuses on all things independent festival related. The one day event which hits also BIMM Manchester on April 7th features keynote speeches, ‘talking heads’ sessions and fireside chats with industry experts, vital for those working on the circuit, whether newcomers or veterans.

We’ll have live music account manager Dan Johnson down to represent Skiddle alongside Dante again, so why not introduce yourselves and find out everything you’ve wanted to know about Skiddle, and what we can do to help make your festival a success.

Head here to sell tickets to your event for free on Skiddle.
