Keeping in Touch and Ensuring Your Details Are Up to Date

We understand it is a very difficult time for our industry right now, particularly for you as an event organiser. However, it is important to ensure your event listing is up to date and current, keeping your customers informed.

If your event is affected by the 10pm curfew but is still going ahead, please ensure the listing times are updated accordingly – all edits can be made via your account in the Promotion Centre and selecting the ‘pencil’ icon next to the event. Once updated, we advise that you let your customers know by downloading the customer data here. Please note, this data is purely for communication purposes regarding the event itself, it is not marketing data.

In order to allow us to keep in touch with you, please ensure the details on your account are current. We’re getting in touch with promoters to ensure events are happening, so please look out for a call from either your dedicated account manager or a member of our Account Support team – 0333 3010301.
